KILN buys six coffees a year, not sixty. We work the same relationships every harvest: the Konga washing station in Yirgacheffe, the Bayter family in Huila, smallholder collectors on the Lintong plateau south of Lake Toba. Fewer lots, deeper knowledge, better cups.

Then each lot is roasted to the far edge of its style. Lights drop bright enough to argue about. Darks stop one breath before ash. Timid roasting wastes good farming, and we refuse to waste it.

Any of the six roasts, in any grind. Swap coffees between deliveries whenever you like.

Set the rhythm

Weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. A 340 g bag is about 17 brews; most households land on every two weeks.
