Sumatra Mandheling Lake Toba
$19.00for 340 g
Wet-hulled the Sumatran way, this Mandheling from the Lintong plateau is heavy, earthy and unapologetic. We roast it dark on purpose: the cup turns to dark chocolate and molasses with a cedar edge, almost no acidity, and a body that coats the spoon.
